RECRUITMENT PROCESS
In the screening process, we go through all received applications. We also look into our candidate database which holds all unsolicited applications.
Candidates who are potentially a good match are invited for at first interview. Usually with HR and the hiring manager.
The second round of interviews is conducted. We use a personal profile tool as a supplement.
Before making a final job offer to the right candidate, references are drawn in agreement with the candidate.
