HONOURING THE ROOTS

Located just across from the very first Joe & The Juice store, House 11 pays tribute to the brand’s roots while showcasing how far the concept has evolved.

FROM EMPTY SPACE TO CULTURAL HUB

Over the course of three months, our RIIS team transformed an empty raw space in Copenhagen’s Grønnegade into a vibrant, multi-functional venue that redefines the traditional juice bar experience.

More than just a store, House 11 is a cultural hub. A spacious courtyard sets the scene for calm mornings and casual conversations. Inside, Joe’s Gym offers a space built for movement, wellness, and reset – including a sauna and ice bath to elevate the experience.

The refined, Scandinavian-inspired juice bar is built with sustainability in mind and designed to feel intentionally inviting. Every detail merges functionality with an energetic atmosphere, creating a one-of-a-kind experience.

A COLLABORATIVE VISION REALISED

An ambitious and visionary project, House 11 was designed, developed, and built by RIIS in close collaboration with Joe & The Juice – from the very first concept sketches through design development and construction. A true con amore project for Joe & The Juice, reflecting the team’s shared passion and dedication in every detail.
