When we have a posted job opening, the recruiting process usually takes between 8 and 12 weeks.

We also look into our candidate database which holds all unsolicited applications.
In the screening process we go through all received applications.

Candidates who are potentially a good match are invited for at first interview – usually with HR and the hiring manager.

A second round of interviews is conducted – here we use a personal profile tool as a supplement. Before making a final job offer to the right candidate, references are drawn in agreement with the candidate.
